Making A Purchase
We honor American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Debit cards displaying a Visa or Mastercard symbol are also acceptable.
We do not accept checks, money orders or PayPal for online transactions. We do not provide C.O.D. services. A payment up front in an acceptable form is required for all orders as necessary to validate & begin processing.
Shipping And Handling
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping method is based on cost of shipping and location of delivery. FREE SHIPPING for orders of $75.00.
If a package is undeliverable due to customer error when entering a delivery address the customer will be charged to re-ship the package. If it is shipped via US Postal Service you will be charged the amount of the original shipping. If sent via UPS and the order has to be re-called you will be charged 10.00.
We do not ship larger orders via USPS.
Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped USPS Priority Mail ONLY.
Delivery Schedule:
Most orders ship with 2 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your shipment to arrive, however we complete orders as soon as possible in all cases. Non-stock or backordered items require this time due to their special order nature & the variety of styles/sizes and colors we are able to offer. In-stock merchandise is shipped within 2 business days.
Monogramming will extend your shipping policy 3-5 business days. Please note any monogrammed or altered item cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We strive to complete & ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Our merchandise is reordered regularly from the manufacturers.
Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
